Please explain your shipping policy.
We use UPS Ground and charge $10 per pair for all shipments within the
continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
For shipments outside the continental United States, you must provide
a valid UPS shipping account number and billing zip code at the time
of your order. All shipping fees will be charged to the UPS account
number provided by the customer. Once we have delivered your package
to the carrier, you are responsible for any additional taxes and
duties. We are not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
My item is out of stock. How long will it take to get it?
Please email us about the item. We will keep in contact with you about the item
and let you know the status.
How do I check my order status?
Send an e-mail to info@8020nyc.com with your order number and the items you purchased and we will check on the status of shipment and let you know.
What is your return policy?
Because we want you to be pleased, items may be returned within 10
days for a refund or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please first send a brief e-
mail to info@8020nyc.com and include your item name and invoice
number. When you receive confirmation and your RA #, please return
items in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure your RA
# is clearly marked on the outside packaging. Your return must be
packaged and postmarked within 10 days of original receipt.
We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items. The cost of
return shipping and custom orders are non-refundable.
Why are some of your shoes in whole sizes and some in half sizes?
Our more popular shoes come in 1/2 sizes. The whole sized shoes are more
versitile in terms of fit.
